Its name comes from the castle of the village where they only bottle Chardonnay that comes from the Puligny-Montrechet region. Full, rich nose, serious acid backbone, outstanding body, plus minerality. Differs greatly from the usual Chardonnay style with its tangible taste of limestone and lively, almost explosively rich taste. Requires airing.
